• U.S. Air Force Airman Raul I. Tirado Gomez graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Tirado Gomez is the son of Fiordaliza Gomez of Kissimmee, Fla., and brother of Jasmine De Los Santos of Elyria, Jairo A. De Los Santos of Lorain, Eli S. De Los Santos of Lorain, and Teofilo De Los Santos of Lorain.

He is a 2011 graduate of Gateway High School, Kissimmee, Fla.

Ibarra is the daughter of Tabitha J. Hile of Riverview, Fla., and Israel Ibarra of Lorain.

She is a 2016 graduate of Vermilion High School.
