The Browns kick off training camp July 27 in Berea with a promise to make access and seating more comfortable for fans.

Fifteen practices, all of them in the afternoon, will be free and open to the public. The Orange and Brown scrimmage from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 4 at First Energy Stadium is also free. The final practice open to the public is Aug. 17.

The Browns have rearranged the training camp layout to open seating for twice as many fans as before. The new setup includes a 1,250-seat grandstand covered by an awning.

“We have spent a significant amount of time discussing how we can really elevate the training camp experience for our fans, especially as it is a unique time for our team, coaches, players and fans to directly interact with one another each day,” Senior Vice President of Marketing and Media Dave Freeman said in a statement. “To create the best atmosphere for everyone, including our football team, we made significant changes to our seating and viewing areas, as well as adjusted the registration process, so fans can plan accordingly yet still have the opportunity to freely attend and have a great view of our practices.”

Browns fans may secure prioritized access by registering for tickets online at ClevelandBrowns.com and downloading the Browns mobile app.

Once registered, fans will receive their tickets through the Browns mobile app to enter practice. The Browns strongly recommend registering for tickets, but they will also grant fans admittance to practice sessions on a walk-up basis, as space permits, according to the news release.

Browns fans can register for a prioritized access for up to three practices, along with four guests. Those with groups of six or more should contact the Browns ticket office at 440-824-3434.

All tickets to training camp will be accessible through the Browns mobile app. Printed tickets will not be available for training camp in 2017.

Fans can access the Browns training facility through the Beech Street entrance. Gates open one hour before each session starts. Membership-services stations will also be available to all visitors inside and outside the complex to assist fans. Fans should park at Baldwin Wallace near the corner of Bagley Road and Beech Street.

Free registration for the Orange & Brown Scrimmage opens to season ticket members June 27 and to all fans June 29. The practice will begin at 5 p.m. and will conclude with an autograph session.
