Put together a 7-1 record with a 0.53 ERA over 53 2⁄3 innings including 83 strikeouts. Was named Lorain County D-III/IV Player of the Year, first team Great Lakes Conference, Mizuno All-Star, D-III first team All-Ohio, and is headed to Nebraska in the fall.

C/3B Tristan Arno, Jr., Wellington

Hit .375 with a .479 OBP, 30 hits, 24 RBI, 26 runs, 11 extra base hits and eight stolen bases. He was named first team D-III/IV Lorain County and second team All-PAC.

CFLeighton­Banjoff,So.,ElyriaCath­olic

Was the team’s top hitter with a .461 average and 35 hits. Added 23 runs and 19 stolen bases, and was named first team GLC, D-III second team All-Ohio and Lorain County D-III/IV first team.

CF/P Michael Clark, Jr., Lorain

The junior had a .435 average this season with 27 hits, 29 runs, 19 RBI and an areahigh 25 stolen bases. Clark was named to the Lorain County D-I first team, Lake Erie League Player of the Year and honorable mention All-Ohio.

P Drew Compton, Sr., Keystone

Led Keystone to a school-record 18-game winning streak, including a perfect game vs. Wellington, and finished the season with a 5-1 record and a 0.42 ERA. At the plate, Compton had a .448 average with 26 hits and 21 RBI, and was named Lorain County D-II Co-Player of the Year and Patriot Athletic Conference Player of the Year.

P Trevor Damron, Sr., Firelands

The Coastal Carolina recruit went 6-2 this season, including a save, with a 0.75 ERA and 92 strikeouts to put him over 300 for his career. Damron was named D-II second team All-Ohio, first team Lorain County D-II, first team All-PAC and first team Northeast District.

P/3B Xavier Moore, Sr., Amherst

On the mound, Moore went 8-2 with a 0.31 ERA over 44 2⁄3 innings with 86 strikeouts. At the plate, the former Ohio State recruit hit .359 with 21 RBI, 14 runs, five doubles and two home runs. He was named D-I first team All-Ohio and drafted by the Texas Rangers on June 14.

UT Jake Roach, Jr., Lake Ridge

The junior finished with a .436 average with 34 hits, 27 runs and 33 RBI. Roach was named first team Lake Effect Conference, first team Northeast District, first

team Lorain County D-III/IV and D-IV second team All-Ohio.

UT Alex Robinson, Sr., Lutheran West

Hit .472 with a .556 OBP, 34 hits, 27 RBI, 28 runs, eight extra base hits and eight stolen bases. On the mound, he was 6-1 with a save and had a 2.32 ERA with 67 strikeouts. Robinson was named first team All-PAC.

P/OF Evan Shawver, Jr., Amherst

Was 4-3 on the mound, including a nohitter against Midview in a district semifinal, and added three saves this season. He had a 0.38 ERA and a school-record 92 strikeouts. At the plate, he hit .292 with 26 hits, 16 RBI, 21 runs, 11 extra base hits and eight stolen bases. He was named D-I second team All-Ohio, first team All-SWC, Northeast District first team, D-I first team All-Lorain County.
