Eddie D. Comstock, of Adams Street, was charged with menacing and public indecency.

At 7:53 p.m., police were called to the 1200 block of Missouri Avenue for a menacing complaint.

The complainant said her next door neighbor, Comstock, was banging on her fence and screaming at her children, the report said.

At some point during the incident, Comstock made his way to the front yard of his property, which is beside the complainant’s driveway, the report said.

In the front yard, Comstock began using obscene language and threatening to harm the 39-year-old woman, according to the report.
