Thanks for help with memorial celebration

-

We would like to thank and express our deepest appreciation to all our friends and relatives who participated in the memorial celebration of Lt. Col. Scott Naelitz’s life. It was held earlier this month at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Lorain.

The event was decorated by Annette and Jo Corrao, Laurie Piskur, Denice Mendiola and Terri Naelitz.

Thank you to caterers Nate and Mary Rodriquez and all the relatives and friends who brought delicious dishes to share. Thank you Heather for all your work at the bar, and David Naelitz, who programmed the video. What a tribute to Scott, who fought a courageous battle with cancer in Cartersville, Georgia. Lorain Power is a driving force with him. We must not be stupid and follow his type of dream of being important in history. We have a wonderful and safe country, but if we continue this path, we will all lose.

4. He was not elected by the majority of the people of this country, so he speaks from a minority platform.

This spoiled, hateful President No. 45, with his fish mouth and snake tongue, has rallied the far right of hate, who seem not to understand the boundaries of race, the poor, and the hungry.

He is drafting a blueprint for this country to erase all gains that most of us have fought for. If they (his followers and believers) cannot realize the consequences may mean their own demise, they too will follow the pied piper off the cliff. Robert K. Jones
