Area students whose artwork was displayed at Lorain County Community College at the 2018 Lorain County Regional Scholastic Art Exhibition were awarded six medals and earned a place in the National Scholastic Art Exhibition. The Lorain County Regional Scholastic Art Exhibit ran Jan. 16 through Feb. 11 in the Beth K. Stocker Art Gallery at Stocker Arts Center on LCCC’s campus.

Five students were recognized and invited with their teachers to an awards celebration in New York City with appearances by notable celebrities and creative leaders at Carnegie Hall on June 7. Their winning work will be displayed in the Art. Write.Now.2018 National Exhibition.
