Joan E. Corrette

Joan E. Corrette, 91, of Mentor, passed away June 22, 2018 at SymphoNovember ny of Mentor. She was born 29, 1926 to the late Roger Shepard and Ruth Shepard.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard H. “Dick” CorState rette.

Joan graduated from Keene College in New Hampshire and taught school before she married Dick, when she became a homemaker and mother.

She enjoyed keeping house, along with sewing, baking, and tending to her flowers. Joan and Dick spent all year long preparing for Christmas, and were well-known as Mr. and Mrs. Claus, sharfamily. ing homemade gifts with friends and
