All-Star Renzi fans three

Three Lake Erie Crushers represented the team at the Frontier League All-Star game on July 11 in O’Fallon, Missouri: Sean Renzi (pitcher), Aaron Hill (second baseman), and Dane Hutcheon (pitcher).

The Experienced team won, 8-3, over the Rookie team.

Hill and Hutcheon were on the Rookie team, while Renzi was on the Experienced squad.

Renzi pitched one inning, giving up a hit with no runs and striking out three batters.

Hill went 0-for-1 and Hutcheon went 0-for-2.

The Crushers return to action July 13 when they travel to Washington for a 7:05 p.m. start.
