Consider the power of your words toward yourself in My Truth, My Voice
Mercy Health brings to women of all ages, the 7th annual Discovering You conference scheduled for Saturday, October 20 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Lorain County Community College – Spitzer Conference Center. This year ’s keynote speaker, Rachel Macy Stafford, the New York Times bestselling author of Hands Free Mama, will be enlightening us about the power of our words to ourselves.
Discover how to use your daily challenges to improve your life at this year’s Discovering You con- ference as Mercy Health includes health screenings, giveaways, continental breakfast, lunch, vendors focused on women’s self-help, and fellowship as Stafford offers a day of fun, laughter and self-discovery.
Stafford, the New York Times’ bestselling author of Hands Free Mama, Hands Free Life, and Only Love Today, helps people overcome distraction and perfection, to live better and love more. Rachel’s work has been featured on CNN, Good Morning America, Global News, TIME.com, FoxNews.com, and hundreds of other online and print publications. Her blog, handsfreemama.com, averages two million visitors a month. Her engaging and empowering presentation hopes to inspire women to reflect on their lives and make positive change.
In keeping with Mercy Health’s commitment to mind, body and spirit, this conference provides women and girls an opportunity to explore how life’s challenges can serve as a path in choosing a path of love.
