Jonah Goldberg is part of the establishment

-

It was bound to happen. Jonah Goldberg is so consumed with hate and anger over Trump being our president, that he has finally lost it. His latest diatribe regarding Trump and the Pittsburgh shooter goes so far over the top that he is now in the camp of Pelosi, Schumer, Maxine Waters, and Spartacus Booker while still claiming to be a conservative Republican.

That is so conflicted, it is beyond bias. It indicates a mental disorder.

It is impossible to adequately address the enormity of what Jonah has done this time in 350 words or less, but I’ll try to hit some of his low spots.

Jonah asks: Is Trump helping? And answers No, and says he is attractive to bigots, and does not care. Jonah then complains he has been personally attacked by bigots. Is this somehow Trump’s fault? What is the relevance?

Jonah says Trump was once a Democrat so that he does not understand what conservative Republicans believe? I am a conservative Republican and Jonah obviously does not understand what I believe.

Steve Bannon was once part of the Trump organization. Trump has replaced quite a few misfits and still has a few more to go.

Jonah says Trump is ignorant about how to be presidential. Some of us think that Trump is exactly what we want as president and being presidential.

There unfortunately will always be bigots, some on the left and the right. A Bernie Sanders-following bigot shot Steve Scalise — not Bernie’s fault anymore than Trump is responsible for bigots that follow him.

There is a reason for Jonah’s hate for Trump. Jonah is a card-carrying supporter of the establishment, otherwise known as the “swamp.”

Trump has had some limited success removing that swamp with still a long way to go, but even this little progress has caused Jonah to become unhinged. If Jonah was really a conservative, he would be showing his appreciation for our economy, high employment, higher wages, foreign policy, etc., and not attacking the guy responsible for all this success.
