Water line installation will continue, from Stoney Ridge Road to state Route 83, according to a news release from ODOT.
Water service and side street tie-ins will be happening as well as installation of the lighting conduit, from Jaycox Road to
Lear Nagle Road, all on the north side of Route 20, the release said.
Excavation for the culvert footer will continue, with a possible concrete pour tentatively scheduled for Jan. 24, pending rebar installation, according to the release.
Specific project work can be found online at dot. state.oh.us/districts/D03/ Pages/LOR-US-20-.aspx.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing by the work zone, according to the release.
Pedestrians and bicyclists should use extreme caution while traveling through the work zone.
Also, the public should stay out of the active work area to avoid conflicts with construction vehicles and equipment, which may not see intruders, the release said.
The project is expected to be complete in fall of this year, according to the release.
However, all work is weather dependent and is subject to change, the release said.
