Executive departs water department
Avon Lake Regional Water announced July 13 chief utilities executive Todd Danielson has departed the organization, according to a news release.
“Todd (Danielson) has been a significant contributor to our modernization of infrastructure during the past 10 years, and we wish him well in his future endeavors,” said John Dzwonczyk, chairman of the Avon Lake Board of Municipal Utilities.
Until further notice, Chief of Utility Operations Rob Munro will handle all executive and operational oversight responsibilities. Avon Lake Regional Water provides water services to over 200,000 residents living in their seven county service area surrounding Avon Lake and sanitary sewer services to about 30,000 residents in Avon Lake and parts of Lorain County.
The release did not reveal the circumstances of Danielson’s departure.
