Group to erect 50 Walls of Love to help poor, homeless across U.S.
Once pregnant and homeless herself within a domestic violence situation, Jackson knows first-hand how defeated and lonely it can feel to be without a home and lacking hope, the release said.
Walls of Love will celebrate its second anniversary Nov. 7 by erecting 50 Walls of Love in various communities in Ohio and across the United States.
This event is showing that Walls of Love is giving back to the community and those in dire need during this pandemic, according to a news release.
The locations include Lorain, Elyria, Akron, Cleveland, Columbus, East Cleveland, Lakewood, Painesville, Shaker Heights and Youngstown, the release said.
Walls of Love is a nationwide initiative founded in November 2018 in the heart of Cleveland by Holly Jackson.
And 100% of the proceeds and donations to Walls of Love go directly to impact individuals in need.
Each event provides
those in need with essentials and hygiene supplies, according to the release.

Despite her own personal struggles, she overcame homelessness and poverty, the release said.
Through Walls of Love, hundreds of volunteers throughout the region have gathered within schools, churches and community centers to package items for future walls and connect to their neighbors in need, according to the release.
