Partners With Paws announces its January 2021 Prize-A-Day Drawing

Partners With Paws of Lorain County Inc. has announced that its January 2021 Prize-A-Day Drawing is underway.

Proceeds from the drawing will benefit homeless animals in and around Lorain County, according to a news release from Partners With Paws.

Between now and mid-January, people can purchase tickets for a donation of only $10 per ticket.

When you purchase six tickets for a donation of $60, automatically you will be entered in a special drawing to win a clean crisp $100 bill, generously donated by Ted Majka Floor & Wall Covering in Elyria, according to the release.

Starting on Jan. 1, organizers will begin drawing one lucky ticket every day to win that day’s prize, the release said.

Each daily prize is valued at $50 or more in gift cards to local businesses in and around Lorain County.

All prizes will be mailed via the United States Postal Service.

Partners with Paws will not be liable for any prizes lost or stolen once mailed.

Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased by mailing a check or money order payable to and sent to Partners With Paws, P.O. Box 277, Oberlin, OH 44074.

Tickets also are available at WOBL/WDLW Radio, 45624 U.S. Route 20 in Oberlin.

Donation receipts are not issued for raffle fundraisers.

All proceeds will benefit Partners With Paws of Lorain County to financially assist other local animal rescue groups as they rescue dogs from dog pounds and help other animals in need with health and general care such as vetting expenses including spay, neuter, vaccines, life-saving surgeries and boarding fees if required, until adoption takes place, the release said.
