Katie Clute, Jr., Olmsted Falls: The 2020 Morning Journal girls cross country and Southwestern Conference runner of the year. Finished seventh at the D-I state meet as a sophomore, was the top overall runner at the OHSAA preseason invitational in 2021 Samantha Coleman, Sr., Rocky River: A three-time state qualifier and 2020 Great Lakes Conference individual champion. Placed 51st at the D-I state meet with a 19:18.4.

Marisa Del Valle, Sr., Amherst: The 12th place finisher at the 2020 SWC meet. A three-time regional qualifier. Finished 47th at the regional meet and 12th at the district meet in 2021. Abbie Dent, Jr., Bay: Placed 82nd at the regional meet and ninth at district. Has a PR of 19:36, tops on a competitive Rockets team.

Riley Egli, So., Columbia: Finished fifth at the LC8 meet in 2020. Finished 32nd at the regional meet and eighth at district. Madeleine Finton, Sr., Columbia: The 2020 Lorain County League individual champion. Finished 29th at the Division III state meet with a 19:35, a two-time state qualifier.

Jessica Gower, Sr., Brookside: Finished third at the 2020 LC8 meet. Finished 75th at the regional meet and 28th at district. Maddie Harrington, So., Avon: Finished 10th at the 2020 SWC meet. The 44th place finisher at the Boardman regional as a freshman. Finished 13th at LCCC district.

Ellie Irwin, So., Westlake: Finished fifth at the 2020 SWC meet. Placed 47th at the D-I state meet with a 19:16. Finished 27th at regional and sixth at the district meet.

Lillie Katsaras, Sr., Olmsted Falls: Finished second at the 2020 SWC meet, the 2019 Morning Journal runner of the year. Finished 25th at the D-I state meet with an 18:29. 15th at regional meet and 5th at district as a junior. Stephanie Nivellini, So., Westlake: Finished sixth at the 2020 SWC meet as one of four Westlake runners in the top seven. Placed 82nd at the D-I state meet as a freshman. Finished 39th at regional and seventh at the district meet.

Madelyn Palcic, So., North Ridgeville: Ninth place finisher at the 2020 SWC meet. Finished 21st at district.

Madison Palmer, Jr., Brookside: Finished second at the LC8 meet in 2020. Won the 2021 Journal

Jog women’s championship. Finished 25th at both the Boardman regional and LCCC District meet in 2021. Sarah Peer, So., Westlake: Fourth at the 2020 SWC meet. Finished 21st at the D-I state meet, running an 18:46. Earned ninth and second-place finishes at the regional and district meets respectively. Anchored a Westlake team that finished 13th overall at the D-I state meet. Sydney Peer, So., Westlake: Finished seventh at the 2020 SWC meet. Finished 123rd at the D-I state meet as a freshman with a 20:28. Placed 46th at regional and ninth at the district meet.

Audrey Sanzone, Sr., Midview: Third place finisher overall in the Southwestern Conference. Finished 99th at the D-I state meet with a 20:04. Was 22nd at the regional meet and 4th at district.
