Montrose Kia Cares gives back to community
The Montrose Kia Cares Campaign is up and running and it will celebrate Lorain County nonprofits, first responders and restaurants, according to a news release.
The program consists of making donations of $1,000 each to 12 nonprofits in Lorain County and campaign organizers will deliver meals to first responders in 13 Lorain County municipalities, the release said.
“The meals will be purchased from various eateries throughout the county so we can also support our local small businesses,” according to the release. Since Montrose Kia opened its doors in 2007, its team has been dedicated to serving the greater Lorain County community, the release said.
The Montrose Kia Cares
Campaign is a continued commitment to recognize and honor deserving individuals and organizations, the release said.
Each organization receiving donations will be promoted on weekly episodes of the Montrose KIA Cares Podcast.
“As our way of thanking the nonprofits and the first responders, we will be featuring each recipient and other supporting organizations in the podcasts,” the release said. “It is Montrose Kia’s way of thanking everyone for all they do for the community and celebrating some of Lorain County’s finest organizations and people.
“You can help us share each organization’s story and bring awareness to their mission by becoming a Kia Cares Campaign ambassador, enjoying the podcasts and sharing it with family, friends and co-workers so that they, too, can learn and share.
“Together, we can build an even stronger Lorain County community.”
