The Morning Journal (Lorain, OH)
ADVERTISING
Newspaper in Education (NIE) is a program that raises funding to provide The Morning Journal to students in area classrooms. In the hands of students, the newspaper is a valuable tool to keep current with local events for developing a sense of local citizenship, and a lifetime of learning. The newspaper is useful in the classroom for reading and comprehension, language arts, social and behavioral sciences, government, mathematics, economics and so much more!
Please consider sponsoring a classroom for Newspaper in Education (NIE). Area children are utilizing The Morning Journal in the classroom every day with the help of our generous sponsors! When you call for a vacation stop on your subscription, simply tell our representative that you’d like to donate the papers you do not want delivered to our NIE program!
NIE is available for area classrooms to utilize based on teacher requests. If you are a teacher and would like to request The Morning Journal to provide to students in your classroom – either in print or electronic – simply contact the NIE department for an order form (by email: NIE@morningjournal.com)
