Car, motorcycle show benefits CCAT

-

The Chardon Community Action Team announced its 17th annual Car and Motorcycle Show is set for Aug. 14.

The event will take place noon to 4 p.m. on the historic Chardon Square.

The “Stingrayz” will be playing music from the 1950s, ’60s, and Motown. In addition, there will be more than 100 classic or hot rod cars and motorcycles on display, a Chinese auction, a 50/50 raffle, a bake sale, and a full menu of classic foods.

All money raised will be used to support the mission of CCAT to lower the use of tobacco, alcohol, and drugs in our youth through education and community events for youth and their families. Registrations are still being accepted for cars and motorcycles, which will be professionally judged. For more information about the day or to register, visit www. chardoncommunityactionteam.org or call 440226-9451.
