Farmpark announces paving project

Lake Metroparks announced that an improvement project at Farmpark will temporarily close the Showman’s Circle farm-themed play area.

The driveway surrounding Showman’s Circle will be paved beginning July 26, weather dependent. The paving project should be completed within one week, officials say.

The Cow-to-Cone indoor play area will remain open throughout the construction period and Ice Cream Weekend is scheduled July 30 and 31.

An announcement on when Showman’s Circle reopens will be made on Twitter at lakemetroparks, its Facebook page and lakemetroparks.com.
