What is Pole Building?

-

Commonly known as a pole barn, a pole building or pole barn is built with posts or vertical beams, which costs less than placing conventional footers. Pole barns and pole buidlings are more cost effective than conventional construction.

It seems that the public perspective of a pole barn is something dealing with animals or agricultural. Not true. Our pole barns and pole buildings are used for every conceivable purpose from cottage living space, to garages, work shop, utility buildings and more. In fact, we can attach a pole barn or pole building your home as a garage or work shop.

Western Reserve Pole Building Co has constructed over 2600 buildings in the following counties, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, and Cuyahoga. We have constructed pole barns and buildings as far as the state of Virginia, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and the Lake Erie Islands.

With over 2600 pole buildings constructed since 1973, our stability and trust is without question. Western Reserve Pole Building has built as small as 144 square foot to as large as 28179 square foot pole buildings.

When we start conversations with our clients, we inform them there are two considerations: your imagination and your budget. We custom build every building to meet your needs and wallet.

And we at Western Reserve Pole Buildings stand behind our buildings! Our buildings come with a one-year labor and material warranty. Western Reserve Pole Building Company is fully insured, bonded, licensed, and code conforming. We are also local members of Madison Chamber of Commerce.

As to a bit of history, The Western Reserve Pole Building Company was founded in 1973 with the concept of offering quality-built, custom-designed buildings at a reasonable cost. We have no standard designs or sizes. Every building we erect reflects the thoughts and specific requirements of each individual customer.

We have developed our philosophy in appreciating that when an individual spends time and money on a building which will be for that individual’s use, the building should reflect the owner’s personal tastes. A “stock building” or “standard plan” is not the way we operate our business.

A great deal of care and personal pride go into construction of our buildings.

Care and personal pride... this thinking has developed the craftsmanship that goes into every building we construct. Our crews maintain these high standards - a standard that produces a quality building - at a reasonable price, and the way you expect it.

We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your pole barn or pole building needs, and to prepare an estimate at no obligation to you.

As principals and owners since 1973, our family business’ desire is to assure our continued quality service.
