Mediterranean eating
Spend two and a half hours in the kitchen with chef Loretta Paganini on April 10 at her Loretta Paganini School of Cooking in Chester Township and discover why the Mediterranean approach to eating is so healthy; it has redefined diet as a lifestyle and is not a restriction of foods. Paganini’s handson class will conclude with a menu of roasted red pepper tahini dip on freshly made pita bread; Greek salad with tomatoes, feta cheese and Kalamata olives with herb vinaigrette; eggplant parmesan; grilled salmon on basil risotto; and blueberry parfait. It’s $75.
