Four face drug, other charges in Mentor
A foursome accused of drug-related and other offenses appeared May 12 in Mentor Municipal Court following their arrests May 11, court records show.
The defendants include 32-year-old Leroy L. Taylor, 35-year-old Ronday A. Trammell, 25-yearold Dylan M. Wargo and 41-year-old Shari L. Waterbury, their arraignment paperwork states.
Waterbury, whose address is listed as 1464 Waverly Road in Eastlake, is charged with one fifth-degree felony count each of aggravated drug possession (Ecstasy), possession of tramadol and possessing criminal tools. Wargo, whose address is listed as 17 Indianola in Painesville, is charged with third-degree felony aggravated trafficking in Ecstasy in the vicinity of a school/ juvenile, fifth-degree felony possessing criminal tools and minor misdemeanor marijuana possession. Trammell is charged with third-degree felony aggravated drug trafficking (Ecstasy) in the vicinity of a school/juvenile, fifth-degree felony possessing criminal tools and minor misdemeanor marijuana possession, their records state.
Taylor, whose records indicate lives at 16004 Euclid Ave. Apt. 2017 in East Cleveland, is charged with one third-degree felony count each of having weapons under disability and aggravated trafficking in drugs (Ecstasy) in the vicinity of a school/juvenile, fourthdegree felony marijuana trafficking, fifth-degree felony possessing criminal tools and first-degree misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, his record states.
If convicted on their respective felony charges alone, Waterbury faces up to three years behind bars. Wargo could get up to four years. Trammell could get up to four years and Taylor faces up to 8 ½ years.
Trammell is being held on a $50,000/10 percent cash or surety bond. Taylor is being held on a $65,000/10 percent cash or surety bond. Wargo is being held on a $50,000/10 percent cash or surety bond and Waterbury is free on a $15,000/10 percent cash or surety bond.
Court records confirm each defendant is scheduled to reappear in Mentor Municipal Court for pretrial/preliminary hearings May 18.
