Mount Union students honored
The following students were acknowledged at the University of Mount Union’s Senior Recognition and Honors Convocation held April 25:Jason Branchick, of Mentor, was honored with The Ullman Mathematics Prize.
• Todd Cooper, of Chagrin Falls, was honored with The Robert E. Hillier Family Scholarship.
• Caelyn Davis, of Mentor, was honored with The Lucile Brown Ketcham Prize and The Music Faculty Award.
• Alexis Dean, of Garretsville, was honored with The Rea and Associates Accounting Firm Award.
• Rachel Irwin, of Mentor, was honored with The Mount Union Players’ Hall of Fame Award.
• Lindsey Lyons, of Chardon, was honored with The Robert L. and Flora Curtis Kniveton Accounting Prize.
• Mikayla Menn, of Willoughby, was honored with The Daniel M. Gorman Sophomore Prize in Athletic Training.
• Tae’Lor Windham, of Euclid, was honored with The Black Student Union Service Award.
• Graycen Wood, of Auburn Township, was honored with The National Cabinet of Mount Union Women Scholarship.
Each year, the convocation honors graduating seniors and underclass students who have excelled academically, displayed excellent leadership skills and shown dedication to the University and community through outstanding community service initiatives.
