Robot Academy: Robot Academy VBS at Mentor Baptist Church, 7500 Johnnycake Ridge Road, Mentor, will be 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 31 through Aug. 4. Kids age 3 through completed sixth grade are invited to the free Vacation Bible School program. Children will play games, feast on snacks, get creative in crafts, and sing their hearts out in music all while learning how to begin living as God programmed them. Peace Camp set: Old South Church, 9802 Chillicoth­e Road, Kirtland will host the seventh annual Peace Camp from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 17 through 21 at the church. The theme this year is Peace, Be the Messenger! Along with fun, games, stories, crafts, snacks and music, the children will use their gifts to help bring peace to others. Their creations throughout the week will be for sale at a special “Coffee House” fundraiser on Friday. All proceeds with benefit sponsoring a child through Global Ministries of the United church of Christ. Wheelchair­s sought:

Wheels for the World, a program by nonprofit Joni and Friends, is hosting a drive for used wheelchair­s from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 12. Donate used manual wheelchair­s at the St. Noel Church parking lot, 35200 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills. All donations are 100 percent tax deductible and receipts are available. Please no walkers, canes, crutches or electric wheelchair­s. The wheelchair­s will be sent to inmates at correction­al facilities to restore them to like-new condition. The wheelchair­s are then donated to children and adults affected by disability worldwide. Each wheelchair recipient receives a custom-fit wheelchair and training in use and upkeep. Saint Anne’s Shrine and Congregati­on of the Blessed Sacrament will celebrate Saint Ann’s Feast Day with Triduum Masses July 24-26 at St. Paschal Baylon Church, 5384 Wilson Mills Road, Highland Heights. Healing service: Christ Lutheran Church, 5555 SOM Center Road, Willoughby, will host a healing service that will be open to the community at 4 p.m., June 24. Everyone in need of God’s healing is welcome. Those who wish to may step forward for an individual blessing, laying on of hands, and anointing with oil.
