Donald A. Jesko age 68, of South sell, Ohio died Thursday, July 20, 2017 from complicati­ons following surgery. He was surrounded by his loving family.

He was a 1967 graduate of Admiral King High School in Lorain, and ing Green State University. Born May 29, 1949 in Lorain, Ohio, he is the son of the late Sophie (nee Treboniak) and Andrew Jesko.

He was most proud of his dren Christian, Grace, Dominic, Anna, Lenny, Victoria; and his beloved nieces and grandnephe­ws Nicholas, Griffin, Isabella, and Giselle Starcher; and Carlton and Camilla Cort. Don was a retired CPA and partner in the counting firm Heiser & Jesko and H& J in Willoughby, Ohio. He most enjoyed building businesses and developing sonal relationsh­ips with clients and friends. He participat­ed in many fundraisin­g events for causes and programs he was passionate about. These included Boy Scouts of America, Toys for Tots, Women’s Safe, and Wild Game Dinners at the Chagrin Falls Eagles to raise money for Juvenile Diabetes. Although limited in mobility in recent years, Don was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed boating, hunting, fishing, and golf. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife to tropical tions and various countries in Europe, including visiting the birthplace­s of his immigrant grandparen­ts, and his wife’s as well. Don was kind, generous, and a good friend to so many. He will be remembered fondly and greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Bonnie Morosi (nee Rufo), daughters Jennifer Capretta (Derek), Melissa Bunsey (Leonard), Kathleen Jesko, and son Michael Jesko (Dana); brother Rich Jesko of Toledo, Ohio, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to meet for a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 10:30 am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 496 East Washington Street in Chagrin Falls. Cremation following by DeJohn Crematory. Private burial at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Don at The DeJohn Funeral Home & Celebratio­ns Center of Chesterlan­d 12811 Chillicoth­e Road (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) Tuesday, July 25 from 1-3 and 5-8 pm.
