President Trump’s first 6 months chaotic

-

Happy anniversary! It’s been six months since your new president was sworn in (Jan. 20, 2017). How’s it going so far? Are you happy? Sad? Confused? Flabbergasted? Bewildered? Like living in a nightmare? Are you winning, yet? Do you feel great again?

Do you know what the (expletive) is going on? Who’s in charge? The president, vice president, Don Jr., Congress or the White House janitor? I have no clue, and neither does Washington!

America is in crisis. But the White House sees roses and rainbows. Huge! Great! It’s not pretty. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Stories, tweets, emails change by the hour. Fake news, anyone? Alternative facts are everywhere! Russia is either something or it’s nothing, or it could be both! It depends on who in the White House you ask. It could be the same person: also called double-speak.

And it’s been only six months. Can we survive another three-and-a-half years of this mind-boggling skullduggery? Is there a light at the end of the tunnel? For the sake of the young ones (Barron Trump and all the other Barrons out there), I hope so.

There has to be someone out there in the country with the gray matter (brain power) to bring us back from the dark side of the force! Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Tom Hanks in 2020! And you thought Hillary Clinton would’ve been worse! Hey Trump did one thing right: he opened the door for minorities: actors.

God Bless America, despite it all. Caesar A. Campanaro Willowick
