100% long enough. She didn’t do it. She needs counseling. And so did the boy. Apparently nobody in his life noticed his depression.

— Anthony Perl Well they better figure out a precedent, because the world will be dealing with a lot more of this. Too much tech time, game time, phone time, not enough family interaction, faith and conscience building dulls the compassion and humanity. Look out world, a new generation and morality is on the rise. — Karen Chrobak She needs to be in a mental hospital the rest of her life where she can’t ever egg some one else on to end there life. Who else will she do this to when she gets out . — Julie Marn really only 15 months? what the heck? she needs not only a longer prison sentence but some serious counseling !!!!!!

— Carla Dawson Considering she basically could have saved a life, instead of convincing said person to end it. YES she should be charged with the crime. She is a mental case and serve her time in a hospital. I feel jail is not adequate for her. She will not get the help she needs. — Tricia Roman This hits home very personally because this week we said goodbye to a friend who took his own life. Pain comes from a lot of sources and people who inflict it need to be very careful. Remorse later doesn’t bring them back. Our friend was 42. — Dawn Elizabeth Slike I wouldn’t have even prosecuted her. If he was that easy to persuaded he would have committed suicide anyway.

— Tim Ahlborn Absolutely. He might have wanted to do it but she definitely pushed him at that moment. So sad.

— Victoria Lynn

This is the amount of hate that is being brainwashed into the youth’s head today. I feel she got off easy. She is guilty of murder by HATE.

— James Taylor Honestly this is a slippery slope to convict her of manslaughter, yes she did encourage him but at the end of they day, he chooses to go through with the suicide.

— Dan Meyer I do not believe she got enough time. She knew he was battling depression and knew what she was doing as she talked him into committing suicide. He said he was scared she could have told him not to or got him help. Also he may not have ever went forward with it if it wasn’t for her manipulating him just so she could get sympathy. If she is that scandalous and conniving just for some attention who knows what else she will do in the future. — Hope Hogya
