• State: Ohio crime victims proposed initiated constituti­onal amendment

• State: Ohio prescripti­on drug proposed initiated statute

• County: 10-year, .7 mill renewal and .4-mill increase levy for children’s services

• County: Five-year, .5mill renewal and .3-mill increase levy for senior citizens services

• Mentor: Shall 4.25 acres at the southeast corner of state Route 615 and Interstate 90 be rezoned from C-1 Conservati­on District to B-3 Interchang­e District?

• Mentor: 1.5 replacemen­t levy for fire services for a continuing period of time

• Painesvill­e: Five-year, 3-mill renewal levy for roads

• Painesvill­e: Five-year, 1.47-mill renewal levy for fire services

• Wickliffe: Proposed income tax increase from 2 percent to 2.5 percent

• Wickliffe: Charter amendment regarding the use of proceeds of municipal income tax

• Willoughby: Five-year, 1.5-mill renewal levy for current operating expenses

• Willoughby: Five-year, .5-mill renewal levy for recreation­al purposes

• Willoughby-Eastlake Schools: $7,585,000 (est. 4.71 mills) substitute levy for providing necessary requiremen­ts for a continuing period of time

• Chardon Schools: 3.9mill additional levy for current expenses for a continuing period of time

• Eastlake Ward 1 Precinct A: Liquor option for Mendez Rodriguez, LLC at 35520 Vine St.

• Kirtland Ward 4 Precinct A: Liquor option for the Cleveland Federation of Slovenian Benefit Lodge at 10946 Health Road
