RH resident faces 4th-degree felony

A Richmond Heights man accused of possessing a stolen .45-caliber semiautomatic pistol in Willoughby Hills Oct. 27 appeared Oct. 30 in Willoughby Municipal Court, records there state.

Brandon T. Green, 20, of 137 Ruth Ellen Drive, is charged with fourth-degree felony receiving stolen property.

If convicted, he faces up to 18 months’ confinement.

He’s free on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 8 preliminary hearing, according to court records.
