Fu­neral ser­vices for Wil­lard D. Wor­den will be 11:00 a.m. Fri­day, Novem­ber 3 at Spear Mulqueeny Fu­neral Home, 667 Men­tor Av­enue, Painesville, Ohio.

Fam­ily and friends may call 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thurs­day, Nov. 2 and 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Fri­day at the fu­neral home.

Mr. Wor­den was born Septem­ber 18, 1935 in Meadville, PA. He passed away Oc­to­ber 29, 2017.

Wil­lard and Shir ley owned and oper and ated Shore­line Truck­ing for 38 years cur­rently own County Waste Ser­vices.

He en­joyed his horses and loved to go trail rid­ing. He also col­lected an­tique trac­tors. But most of im­por­tant of all were the times he had with his grand­chil­dren; he loved spend­ing time with all of them.

He is sur­vived by his wife of 63 years, Shirley (Clem­son) Wor­den; chil­dren, Pamela (Gary) Smith, Dale Wor­den, Con­nie (Doug) Lauer, and Jodi (Don) Green; grand­chil­dren, Sheri Smith, Ju­lia Smith, Alysia (Joe) Mar­cotte, Bran­don (Stephanie) Lauer, Dianna Lauer, Leah Green, and Gavin Green; nine great grand­chil­dren and two great-great-grandWor­den; chil­dren; brothers, Ronald Wor­den, and Dar­win sis­ter, Dianna Cox.

Wil­lard was pre­ceded in death by his par­ents, Howard and Hazel (Daven­port) Wor­den.
