Daniel Plan: The Daniel Plan is a groundbreaking healthy lifestyle program founded on biblical principles and focused on The Essentials: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends. The program offers an innovative approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle where people get better together by optimizing their health in each of these life areas. Each essential supports and influences the others, offering a practical step-bystep approach for anyone to follow. The essentials of Faith and Friends are what we call the “secret sauce” that makes The Daniel Plan so effective. This winter, Chardon United Methodist will be offering a six-week session of Daniel Plan. Those individuals who are interested in taking part in this program are encouraged to gather Saturdays from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The session cost is free. Books are available through Kindle or Amazon, place your order today. A 30-minute ‘walk at home’ DVD with Leslie Sansone will also be included in each session on Saturdays from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Contact Laura Diemer, leader at DCDLKD@aol.com or 216-407-5557 with questions or for more information.
