Joseph Edward Curiale, 67, of Eastlake, passed away unexpected­ly on April 9, 2018. He was born in Cleveland, on November 12, 1950 to the late Joseph S. and Catherine Curiale.

Joe was the beloved husband of Pamela Curiale (nee Mandato) for 21 years; a loving father of MaryBeth Curiale and Joseph B. Curiale; a proud grandfathe­r of Christophe­r, Katie, and Jacob Curiale; a brother of Anna Catherine (Frank) Smith, Thomas (Rosalie Mikler) J. Curiale, and the late Teresa Curiale; a cherished son-in-law of Albert and Betty Mandato; a brother-in-law of Raymond and Kevin Mandato, Karrie Campbell, and the late Eddie and Michael Mandato; and a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Joe proudly retired from UPS after 30 years of employment. After retirement, Joe would happily volunteer his time twice a week at Seidman Cancer Center. His wonderful, funny personalit­y was well known among his peers. Joe always shared a smile and a kind word for those he encountere­d and could liven up a room with his amazing story telling abilities.

His favorite hobbies included being outdoors, hunting, golfing and field trialing dogs. Joe loved his beloved pet Luke, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2018 at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at St John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Rd., Mentor, OH 44060.
