Library to seek input from community at public meetings
How do you want your community library to serve you?
That question will be discussed in conversations in Thompson and Bainbridge townships in July. These discussions will serve as a critical step in establishing the types of spaces that patrons can look forward to, according to a news release from the Geauga County Public Library.
Whether the need is for more creativity and storytime rooms or for private tutoring areas, the library is looking to gather community input and learning what patrons value most in a new library space.
Libraries are an important part of a thriving and successful community, and Geauga County Public Library is committed to being an excellent resource and partner in furthering the interests of the community and its residents, according to the release.
The meetings will take place.
• At 6:30 p.m., July 17, at Thompson Town Hall, 6741 Madison Road.
• At 6:30 p.m., July 18 at Bainbridge Township Hall, 17826 Chillicothe Road.
