Wickliffe Forever Foundation is bringing a new event to the city.

The nonprofit organization will present “Rock the Mansion 2018” from 6 to 11 p.m. July 14.

The event, sponsored by Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council and the Lake County Visitors Bureau, will be at Coulby Park, 28730 Ridge Road.

“One of our missions as a group is to hold events in the city of Wickliffe that will draw others to enjoy this city as much as we do,” said Wickliffe Forever Foundation Treasurer Marcia Kish. “We really are excited about showing off the grounds and our beautiful Coulby Mansion being the host of this event.”

It will feature Tony’s Truck Stop and La Katrina and Alecci’s Ice Delights, and wine and beer will be sold by Wickliffe Forever.

There also will be a variety of

live entertainment.

Wickliffe Councilman Jason Biondolillo and the Band Gravity made up of a group of young local musicians will perform. The headliner, Breakout The Bon Jovi Experience, will follow.

“We also like to bring a sense of community to our events,” she said. “There will be a lemonade

stand ‘Lemonade for Logan’ being run by Wickliffe Middle School fifthgraders, who are raising money for their classmate Logan, who suffers from cerebral palsy and requires medical care in Boston.”

John Leone, who is 10 years old, started the lemonade stand to help his best friend Logan, according to the news release. John and his peers will begin selling lemonade and taking donations at 5:30 p.m.
