CAMPERS SHOW OFF
Michelle Haag, camp instructor for Mentor Lagoons’ camps, claps for her crew of campers in this July 11 photo as they raise their paddles on cue. This particular group has a regatta for which to prepare, Haag said. Scheduled for July 13, it will give the campers a chance to display the skills they’ve learned over the last week, according to Haag. “We’re going to show off to friends and family what we learned all week,” she said, adding that this City-of-Mentor camp aims to teach kids about boating “and to be Lake Erie kids.”
