Woman allegedly stole EpiPen, items
A 55-year-old Painesville woman was arraigned on a pair of felony charges in Mentor Municipal Court Aug. 1, following her July 31 arrest by Mentor police, court records show.
According to her arraignment file, Alisa Skidmore-Hernandez, whose address is listed as 103 Stockwell St., is accused of stealing two epinephrine injection allergy pens, an iPhone X and a diaper bag, the contents of which amounted in excess of $1,000.
Skidmore-Hernandez is charged with fourthdegree felony theft of drugs and fifth-degree felony theft, is being held on a $15,000/10 percent cash/surety bond and has a preliminary hearing scheduled Aug. 6, the court’s records confirm.
If convicted of both counts, she faces up to 2 1/2 years’ confinement.
Man arraigned on assault, harassment
A Fairport Harbor Village man arrested July
27 by police there faces numerous charges in Painesville Municipal Court, according to records there .
Signed affidavits show 30-year-old Johnathan T. Richmond is accused of attempting to cause physical harm to a man and a woman, spitting at two law enforcement officers, interfering with his own arrest and harassment.
According to his arraignment paperwork, Richmond, whose address is listed as 217 Orchard St., faces two fourth-degree felony counts of assault, two fifth-degree felony counts of harassment by an inmate, second-degree misdemeanor resisting arrest and fourth-degree misdemeanor persistent disorderly conduct.
If convicted of the four felony offenses alone, Richmond could get up to five years behind bars.
His bond was set at $5,000/10 percent cash or surety and he’s scheduled to reappear in Painesville Municipal Court Aug. 14 for a pretrial/preliminary hearing, Richmond’s court documentation states.
