DeJohn Pet Services announced it will hold a free Pet Health & Wellness Clinic on Sept. 23.

The event will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. with “Holistic Care for Your Pets” at 2 p.m. and a Pet CPR review at 3. The pet clinic will be held in the community room at DeJohn Funeral Home at 28890 Chardon Road in Willoughby Hills.

Organizers ask that attendees leave pets at home for this event.

Dr. Neal Sivula from Dancing Paws Animal Wellness Center will focus on new treatments and trends in holistic pet care including general overview of holistic care, veterinary acupuncture, veterinary chiropractic and CBD background, uses and legalities.

Dr. Paul Ramsey of Animal Medical Center of Euclid is returning to also present a review of Pet CPR.

“While we care deeply for our pets, there are numerous new treatments we read about online or hear on the news,” said Ross DeJohn Jr., chief executive officer and funeral director for more than 25 years. “Holistic care has come a long way in pet care and we are excited to have Dr. Sivula enlighten us with his expertise and knowledge.”

DeJohn Pet Services is hosting the clinic in partnership with Dancing Paws Animal Wellness Center, Animal Medical Center of Euclid, Cold Nose Companions, K-9 Kingdom, Squad FiftyOne Pet Medical Transport, 911 Dog Rescue Inc/Amy’s Adoptables, and Spoiled Dog Boss, A Dog’s Life and Canine Affair Center.

While the clinic is free, donations will be accepted for the Geauga Dog Warden.

Guests are encouraged to bring their spouse, family, friends and anyone who may want to learn more about new holistic treatments for their pets and pet CPR.

Pet Health & Wellness Clinic is free to attend but registration is required. RSVP online at DeJohnPetServices.com or call 216658-9010. Seating is limited.
