Don’t expect LeBron to get booed

LeBron James returns to Quicken Loans Arena on Nov. 21, this time wearing the uniform of the Lakers. James had two stints with the Cavaliers covering 11 seasons.

The first began in 2003 when the Cavs won the NBA Draft lottery and selected the Akron St. VincentSt. Mary High School phenomenon with the first overall pick.

James left as a free agent after seven seasons, announcing in July 2010 on national television he was “taking his talents to South Beach” and joining the Heat.

After four seasons in Miami, James in July 2014 took a lower key approach to revealing his next move as the NBA’s most coveted free agent. In a letter co-written with Sports Illustrated’s Lee Jenkins, James told the basketball world he was “coming home” to Cleveland and the Cavs.
