Blood drive coming to Wickliffe

A Red Cross Blood Drive is coming to Wickliffe Public Library from 2 to 7 p.m., March 7.

Participants can get an exclusive Game of Thrones T-shirt, while supplies last, according to a news release.

Also, they can be entered to win one of five trips to the season 8 world premiere of Game of Thrones. It Includes travel for two, hotel stay and a $250 gift card. See terms at rcblood.org/ GoT.

Genealogy group meeting March 4

East Cuyahoga County Genealogical Society’s next meeting will be at 7 p.m., March 4.

It will take place at the Mayfield Branch Library of the Cuyahoga County Public Library, 500 SOM Center Road in Mayfield Village.

The speaker is Cheryl Flex McClellan talking about “Three History-Shaking Events That Impacted Your Ancestors: World War I, the Influenza Pandemic and Women’s Suffrage,” according to a news release.

The public is welcome to attend.
