• Visiting Baldwin Wallace (2-0, 1-0 OAC) led by as many as 24 points on the way to a 45-28 victory over host Otterbein. The Yellow Jackets returned two intercepti­ons for touchdowns. • Isaiah Green threw two touchdown passes, including a 43-yard strike to Xavier Gaines that put host Marshall (2-1) ahead for good, and the Thundering Herd beat Ohio, 33-31. • Michael Warren II scored three touchdowns and host Cincinnati (2-1) overcame a sluggish start for a 35-13 win over its oldest rival, Miami Ohio (1-2), the Bearcats’ 14th straight win over the RedHawks. The Bearcats are now within one victory of drawing even in the series with Miami that started in 1888.

• David Moore threw for 316 yards and a pair of touchdowns in his Central Michigan debut to lead the host Chippewas (2-1) to a 45-24 victory over Akron (0-3) in a Mid-American Conference opener.

• J’Mar Smith tossed two touchdown passes, Jaqwis Dancy ran for two scores and Amik Robertson added a pick6 to propel visiting Louisiana Tech (2-1) to a 35-7 romp over Bowling Green (1-2). • Mitchell Guadagni threw for 266 yards and three scores and Toledo (1-1) dismantled FCS-level Murray State with a 45-0 win. • JaTarvious Whitlow rushed for 135 yards and two touchdowns and Bo Nix ran and passed for scores to lead No. 8 Auburn to a 55-16 victory over Kent State .

• Tua Tagovailoa threw for a career-high 444 yards and tied his personal best with five touchdowns to help visiting No. 2 Alabama (3-0) open Southeaste­rn Conference play with a 47-23 victory over South Carolina (1-2).

The Knights scored on six of seven possession­s, building a 31-point halftime lead. • Eno Benjamin reached the ball to the goal line for a 1-yard touchdown run with 50 seconds remaining, and visiting Arizona State (3-0) beat No. 18 Michigan State (2-1), 10-7 after the Spartans had a tying field goal negated for having too many men on the field.

• Kenny Yeboah put host Temple ahead on a onehanded touchdown catch late in the fourth quarter, and the Owls (2-0) used two clutch stops at the goal line to beat No. 21 Maryland (2-1), 21-17.
