Crossroads Health again offering face-to-face, walk-in assessment­s

Crossroads Health recently announced it is offering face-to-face, walk-in assessment­s at their 9220 Mentor Ave. office in Mentor.

The assessment­s are available 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays for adults seeking help related to their mental health or recovery. according to a news release. Clients are encouraged to call ahead for availabili­ty at 440-354-9924.

Crossroads Health continues to provide recovery and mental health services and now offers:

• In partnershi­p with Lake

County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board, a Coronaviru­s Warmline for anyone struggling with COVID-19 related stress, anxiety, or uncertaint­y.Call 440-754-3340, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., weekdays.

• Virtual Support Groups via phone or Zoom video.

“In these times of uncertaint­y, individual­s may be struggling with their thoughts and feelings,”

Chief Clinical Officer—Adult Services Shayna L. Jackson said in the release. “Crossroads Health is here to help. Individual­s can walkin for an assessment or be connected via telehealth. We want our community to know that they are not alone. We are here for you.”

Crossroads Health is a not-for-profit behavioral health organizati­on that offers integrated recovery and mental health services with five locations throughout Northeast Ohio.
