Elmira College
Michael Courtney of Chardon has been named to the Elmira College dean’s list for the fall 2020 term. Full-time undergraduate students registered for at least 12 computable credit hours and earning a term grade point average of 3.6 or higher at the end of Term I or Term II are placed on the dean’s list.
Ohio Dominican University
Ohio Dominican University has named 345 students to its fall semester 2020 dean’s list.
Among them were Erika Parker of Willoughby, and Alyssa Wiegand of Lyndhurst.
In order to make the Dean’s List, full-time undergraduate students must have achieved a 3.5 GPA or better after taking a minimum of 12 credit hours.
Capital University
Capital University announced its president’s list honorees for the fall 2020 semester.
To be named to the president’s list, students must have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.85.
Among the student recognized are:
Emily Archacki of Mentor, Ella Brickman of Chardon, Kayleigh Fisher of Chagrin Falls, Keandre Graves of Euclid, Emily Kamensky of Chester Township, Kyle Karchefsky of Mentor, Nathan Molby of Mentor, Nick Murray of Painesville, Erin O’Connell of Lyndhurst, Frankie Tsiros of Painesville and Autumn Westbrook of
Mentor.
University of Mississippi
Ryan Robert Labanc of Willoughby was recently named to the University of Mississippi’s fall 2020 honor roll lists.
Labanc was named to the dean’s honor roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.50-3.74.
New York Institute of Technology
Karley Brewster graduated from the New York Institute of Technology on Long Island, New York in June 2020. She earned a bachelor of arts in graphic design. Brewster is currently enrolled at Queens College in New York City seeking a master’s degree in education.
More than 150 Marietta College students were named to the fall 2020 dean’s high honors list, which features any fulltime student completing at least 15 credit hours with a grade point average of 3.75 or better in the semester. The following students were among those recognized:
David Beattie of Russell Township is majoring in economics and is a graduate of West Geauga High School;
Lillian Daneshmand of Chardon is majoring in physics and is a graduate of Willoughby South High School; and
Michaela Hess of Painesville is majoring in environmental science and is a graduate of Harding High School.
