‘4 Under 40’ recipients to be honored
The Emerging Leaders of United Way of Lake County recently announced the recipients of “4 Under 40” awards.

The Emerging Leaders of United Way of Lake County recently announced the recipients of its third annual “4 Under 40” Young Professional Awards “honoring four of Lake County’s best and brightest.”
According to the nonprofit organization, nominees were evaluated based on their hard work and achievements in the areas of leadership, community involvement, entrepreneurship and professional accomplishment.
All must live or work in
Lake County and must be between the ages of 21 and 40 years old in 2020.
The 2020 “4 Under 40” award winners are Justin Bloyd, president of RB Sigma; Nicole Parker, founder and president of Dare 2 Care International; Juliana Petti, executive director of Alliance for Working Together Foundation; and Jason Ziga, senior vice president and general manager of Stahls’ Transfer Express.

Winners will be recognized at a virtual awards ceremony on Jan. 21 at 5:30 p.m.
There is no cost to attend, though advance registration at www.uwlc.org/4-under-402020-awards is required.
The mission of the Emerging Leaders is “to be a catalyst for change in the lives of Lake County youth through leadership, advocacy, knowledge and education in order to facilitate positive behaviors that will create tomorrow’s leaders.”
The group welcomes new members interested in volunteering their time to impact lives in the community.
