Celebrate our Country’s Birthday in a “Once-in-a-Lifetime” Way
July 2-6 * “Let Freedom Ring” AMAZING OPPORTUNITy!! ~ We’re going to one of the country’s premiere Independence Day Celebrations and hear the famous Boston Pops Orchestra in Concert!! ~ A tradition since 1929, its founder Arthur Fiedler (Conductor 1930-1979) initiated this breathtaking event that includes fabulous live music by the Pops, famous guest stars, and a massive, thrilling fireworks display over the Charles River. The current conductor will lead the Pops (an arm of the Boston Symphony Orchestra) in the Hatch Shell located on the Charles River Esplanade. Their performance of “The Stars and Stripes Forever” is famous for the unfurling of the American flag as the song enters its final moments. The dazzling fireworks will be like nothing you’ve ever seen before … and SO much more is included during our time here – truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
