Betty Buns, who directed a popular kids cooking camp in September, comes back at StoneWater Golf Club in Highland Heights to lead an Easter-themed workshop from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on April 3.

That’s the day before Easter and perfect timing for those ages 6 to 12 to take home the eggs and sugar cookies they’ll decorate and cupcake Easter baskets they’ll create in the 90-minute session. The cost is $60 per child.

Betty Buns, also known as Sherri Tanno, has led classes for Hawken School and Heinen’s.

“Every time Betty Buns is at StoneWater, the kids have a great time and learn a passion for cooking and creating,” said Whitney Neidus, general manager, in a news release. “This fun event is always popular, so we encourage anyone interested to make reservations early!”

Kids and instructors will be masked and all pandemic protocols observed.

Parents are welcome to stay and sit in the restaurant or drop off kids and take advantage of some kidfree time. A post-workshop lunch in StoneWater’s Rustic Grill will have an Easter-themed kids menu’ for those wishing to stay for a meal.

For reservations or additional information, call 440-461-4653, ext. 106. StoneWater is at One Club Drive.
