Painesville Art in the Park set for Aug. 21

The 2021 Painesville Art in the Park will take place 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 21 in Painesville’s Veteran’s Park.

For two decades, this juried event, which features 40-plus art vendors and an afternoon of entertainment, has been a highly awaited annual festival, according to a news release.

“After a year without Painesville’s Art in the Park, we are so excited to bring the community together again! The artists are eager to see their favorite returning customers, as well as to welcome new ones,” Starfish and Coffee owner and event coordinator Bethany Homrighaus stated in the release.

“This is a favorite annual event for many, as attendees get to see what local craftsmen and artists have to offer,”

Joy Severa, executive director of the Downtown Painesville Organization, the organization hosting this year’s event, said in the release. “I personally love to bring my family and friends to Art in the Park because it is a wonderful familyfriendly day to highlight local talent.

This outdoor, familyfriendly art festival features local art vendors, entertainment, and kid’s activities.
