Bella Lundi MENTOR>>GIRLS GOLF SENIOR

On the course: Shot an 86 at Fox Den to take fifth in the final GCC tournament of the season. Finished ninth overall in three conference tournament­s and was named first-team all-GCC.

Off the course: Has some scholarshi­p offers but has not decided on a college. Her favorite sports moment for the season is carding a 38 on the front nine at the Medina Invitation­al, and almost getting a hole in one. Has a bearded dragon and loves reptiles. Enjoys listening to country music. Favorite show is “9-1-1.” Favorite movies are “Happy Gilmore” and the Harry Potter series. Hobbies include river walking and going kayaking with her parents. Loves Cleveland sports, especially the Browns.

John Mikes WEST GEAUGA>>BOYS CROSS COUNTRY SENIOR

On the course: Placed 10th at the Madison U Wanna Come Back Invitation­al in 16:49, which is the sixth-fastest time in school history.

Off the course: Favorite sports memory is qualifying as a team for the state meet last year. Enjoys motocross racing. Favorite show is “Breaking Bad.” Is a fan of the Browns “when they win.” Is a member of Excel TECC Constructi­on Trades. Favorite food is lemon shrimp pasta.

Amy Weybrecht GILMOUR>>GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY JUNIOR

On the course: Won the Paul Primeau Invitation­al, leading from wire to wire, in 19:36.50. It was her second win of the season.

Off the course: Highland Heights resident says one of her favorite sports memories is competing at New Balance Nationals, “but that never tops going to Columbus for the state meet and making memories with my team.” A highlight of her summer is going to the NEO cross country camp.

Jack Zeid HAWKEN>>BOYS GOLF JUNIOR

On the course: Carded a 78 in the sectional tournament to qualify for district. Was also named first-team all-CVC. Averages 38.2 for nine holes and 78 for 18 as Hawken’s No. 1 player.

Off the course: Aurora resident is a three-year member of the golf team and has been playing competitiv­ely for about eight years. “My favorite golf memory this year is making three birdies in a row and shooting 35 for medalist honors in a match. Another great memory from this season for me is shooting 75 in the Dunn Cup at Shaker Country Club, firing a 35on the back nine to claim third place individual­ly. My wedge play is the best part of my game as I often give myself really good looks at birdie when I have a wedge in my hand.”

Jill Medvecky MENTOR>>GIRLS SOCCER JUNIOR>>GOALKEEPER

On the pitch: Had 15 saves in a shutout victory over Solon, one of the top-ranked teams in Greater Cleveland.

Off the pitch: Recently committed to play soccer at Xavier. Says she has a major fear of airplanes. Favorite subject is biology. Her favorite soccer memory is winning the district title her freshman year.

Jillian Gdovin MAYFIELD>>VOLLEYBALL JUNIOR>>OUTSIDE HITTER

On the court: In six matches, was 57 of 59 serving with 12 aces and 28 points. Had 68 kills, five solo blocks and 18 digs. Off the court: “One of my favorite memories from my volleyball career is when I got 25kills against Revere last season (my sophomore year). I just remember my friends, who were doing stats, told me during a timeout in the fifth set, if I could get two more kills I would be at my all-time season high of 25. I will never forget this game and how much fun it was to accomplish this goal!” Hobbies include yoga, running and working out. Loves hanging out with friends, shopping and going out to eat.

Emma McCartney CHARDON>>VOLLEYBALL JUNIOR>>OUTSIDE HITTER/SIX-ROTATION PLAYER

On the court: Had 72 kills and an average of 5.1 kills, 51 digs, six aces and nine blocks. Helped Chardon finish second at the Avon Lake Shoregals Invitation­al.

Off the court: “Emmy” says her best volleyball memory is when her Junior Olympic team was back-to-back champs at the Beasts of the East tournament. Hobbies include reading, swimming and sleeping. Favorite teams are Ohio State, the Guardians and the Browns. Favorite song is “A Total Eclipse of the Heart.” Favorite show is “One Tree Hill.” Favorite movie is “Fast & Furious.” Favorite subject is math.

Cami Stella MAYFIELD>>GIRLS SOCCER JUNIOR>>CENTER MIDFIELDER

On the pitch: Had a goal and two assists in wins over Riverside (5-3) and Aurora (1-0), who were a combined 17-4-2 before losing to Mayfield.

Off the pitch: “I’ve been playing soccer since I was 4, and played on the Mayfield travel soccer team until high school. My favorite soccer memory is scoring the game-winning goal in overtime in the playoffs my sophomore year and getting tackled by my team.” Loves art and English. Favorite food is pasta. Loves watching the U.S. women’s national soccer team and the Guardians.
