Adults invited to coloring club

Wickliffe Public Library is offering a Adult Coloring Club on Thursdays at 11 a.m.

Attendees can relax and connect with other adults at the weekly coloring club. The library will provide coffee and supplies; so participants just show up and enjoy the calming effects of coloring, according to a news release.

Coloring improves brain function, motor skills, sleep, and focus; reduces anxiety; relieves stress, the release stated.

Call the library at 440944-6010 to register. The library is located at 1713 Lincoln Road.
