The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only. PROPERTY SOLD AS IS. Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value. Terms of sale: Initial deposit must be on account with Realauction (see online sale/bidding instructions). If the appraised value of the property is less than or equal to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), the deposit shall be Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).
