Appraised at $63,000.00 Sixty-three Thousand and no/100. The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only. PROPERTY SOLD AS IS. If the appraised value of the property is less than or equal to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), the deposit shall be Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).
