• The Wickliffe Scholarshi­p Foundation has announced that it will be awarding scholarshi­ps to high school graduating seniors who are residents of the city of Wickliffe and planning to attend college, technical or trade school, in the fall of 2024. Applicatio­ns are available from participat­ing high school counselors, and at the Wickliffe Public Library.

The Wickliffe Scholarshi­p Foundation has been awarding scholarshi­ps since 1987; more than $240,000 has been awarded to Wickliffe resident seniors.

In order to be considered applicatio­ns must be completed, in full, and submitted along with all necessary documents.

The Wickliffe Scholarshi­p Foundation awards scholarshi­ps in honor of the Tirabisso Brothers: The Talty Foundation; Wickliffe Eagles and North Coast Perennials, in addition to scholarshi­ps based on funds raised by the volunteer board.

Applicatio­ns must be received at the Wickliffe Public Library by April 15.

• The Lake County Fair Board has announced the sponsorshi­p the Lake County Fair Arthur F. Warren Memorial Youth Scholarshi­p, a $1,000 non-renewable scholarshi­p. This scholarshi­p is open to any graduating high school senior residing in Lake County.

This student must be a member of a Lake County 4-H organizati­on or a member of the Lake County Junior Fair Board and must provide the required paperwork as stated in the scholarshi­p packet.

The scholarshi­p packet can be picked up from the students’ high school counselors, by contacting the Fair Office or from the Fair Website: www.lakecounty­fair.org.

• The Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce has announced a new scholarshi­p for Eastlake North seniors and alumni who are current undergradu­ate college students in honor of late Eastlake Mayor Dennis Morley.

This $1,500 scholarshi­p will assist Mayor Morley’s legacy of giving back to the community, his dedication to workforce developmen­t in Lake County and to assist students at his beloved alma mater, Eastlake North High School, the chamber said.

The applicatio­n deadline is April 15, and the winner(s) will be announced at the Willoughby Eastlake Schools Senior Scholarshi­p Banquet.

• The Omega Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, a society of women educators in Geauga County, is offering a grant-in-aid to a female student who is entering her junior or senior year of college and is majoring in education.

The applicant must be a graduate of a Geauga County high school.

The deadline for applicatio­ns is June 28.
